May have to sell my beloved 05

After three years, a new suspension and exhaust, clean-up the previous owners hack job on the stereo, and one-by-one getting rid of the rattles, new GT wheels and tires, I may have to sell this beautiful car.

This is one of two "kids cars", the other is an 04 Exploder, and my son graduated college and is likely moving to upstate NY for a job. He'll need 4wd during the winters so he wants the Exploder.

My daughter will be needing 4wd also with her commute situation in college. She's no longer on the bus route.

I have a project car nearly done and simply don't have room for a second toy, so I can't keep this for myself.

So the Mustang will have to go. Damn I hate this.

Dang Steve; that`s a shame that you might have to sell your ride. That`s one nice Mustang.

Sorry to hear that - although you can look at it as an opportunity - in a few years, when the kids are done with college, you will be in a good position to pick up a S550. Make it a GT this time around.

Every closed door represents an opportunity. My project car will be fun to drive too, just in a vastly different way. It's a 64 TBird with a 390, mild cam, full leather interior, a real lead sled. Not quite the bare-bones slot car that I set the 05 up as.
