Bumper Issue

I purchased a used 2016 Mustang GT about 3 weeks ago and I just now noticed that the front bumper doesn't have a flush connection to the fender. I almost seems as if it popped out. Should I take the bumper off and put it back on?

You may be able to get to the retainers if you can get it up on some portable ramps. Might have to remove the plastic wheel well liner. There is a good amount ot slidey room in those bumper to fender connections, loosen, push, pull, noodle it around and tighten when lined up. Not much to it, you shouldn't have to pull it off the car at all.
