There's no image but .015 seconds searching 2015 Mustang Sound Tube on YouTube brought up
Those clamps look like single use crimped clamps to me. If they are, you have to spread the crimp out with a flat blade screw driver and slide them over the part end. Then replace if needed with screw clamps.

Thanks I will try the flathead screwdriver. Yes I have seen tons of sound tube removals on YouTube, but I was trying to take the foam packing out of ithe sound tube if it is there. The 2011-2014 mustangs have the foam packing and it makes a big difference from having no sound of the engine in the cabin to a lot of sound if that is what one is looking for.
