Wink 2015 Mustang Pricing Question

I built a ECOBOOST and the base price is 30,365 but when I checked the dealer ordered inventory base price is 30,965. This is in Dallas Texas. Why is the difference??

Probably because of the delivery fees.

Is destination charge different from delivery fees? So are we paying destination charge and delivery charge both??

I see both the quotes have destination charges.

There are always slight differences in base MSRP based on the region of the country. I am not sure why, but it has always been that way.

Destination charge, as long as the car is shipped anywhere in the lower 48 is always the same-the Ford dealer right there in Flat Rock Michigan pays the same destination charge a dealer in Miami and Los Angeles would pay.

Pricing on the Mustang GT 5.0 appears to be way up from last year. Also, Mustang Club of America website isn't showing any "X-Plan" pricing discount for convertibles? That is a big pricing change from previous years Anyone else noticing significant pricing changes from the last few years? A $50K GT vert with no X-Plan pricing....Ouch

There is no vert x plan pricing yet because verts are job 2 and not in the order banks yet. The verts will have x plan as well. A few have reported actually ordering verts...but I suspect it's just with the dealer and not an actual Ford order yet. The dealer showed me the order screens and there is not a way for him to even order yet.

2011 V6 Convertible, Premium, Red Candy, White side stripes, Pony badges on fenders, auto headlights, lower fogs coming soon.

Thanks, it will be interesting to see what the X-plan discount is on a $50k Mustang GT vert
