I have to say that the idea of the flat plane crank coupled with that sound... It's gonna be hard to resist. Imagine that at 8k.

My concern is where Ford is going to price it. Then there's the inevitable dealer markups...

I really didn't think Ford was going to make the S550 appealing looking, but the tweaks to the fenders and hood address all my issues with the current GT.

This car looks to be fantastic. I can't wait to see how it does against the Z28. And of course, the price. I might need a GT350 in my life! If I owned a s197 Boss, this new car would have my full attention.

Looks pretty much exactly like you'd expect an S550 Shelby to look. Really cool. And that growl...

Flat plane engine. Interesting. Here is a video showing the difference between flat plane and cross plane.

The GT350 has Brembo 4 piston rear calipers. The mustang now gets some real rear brakes.

"Most ambitious power train ever attempted"

More ambitious than the original condor? Yes, more ambitious than the Trinity?

That has me scratching my head.

And no, it's doesn't sound better than my condor.

And I Don'tcare . If I run across one at a good deal, I'm buying it. Might be a few years.
