2015 Adaptive Learning...Is it as intrusive as previous model years?

The fact that Ford hasn't offered an option for enthusiasts to eliminate the adaptive learning function on previous models is lamentable. Most likely all it would take is a simple update to the computer (much like applying a tune).

2015 owners, sound off on your 2015 "sport" cars...

Do you feel like you're driving grandpa's buick after a while?

How bad is it??

Is this auto trans only? My (50k+MI) 2011 GT PREM has never had an issue...


2011 Mustang GT, Black with Black stripe.
6 Speed Manual.
3.73 + Brembo Brake Package.
Comfort Package.
Charcoal Black Interior.
Appearance Package 4.(Hood Scoop and Rear Spoiler)

Yes, only on the automatic transmission. The BAMA tunes change the auto shift schedule and eliminate that issue. I also did not notice that issue on the FORD Racing tune for the 2013 GT automatic.
