Must've been hard to part with your '14 but you picked up a beautiful ride. Congratulations.

Took him off the battery tender and cranked him up in the garage just to hear him roar;
not enjoying the cold, misty, soon to be snowy weather outside the garage doors! Will be polishing tomorrow to get the dust off

I installed the same a couple of weeks ago. I find them a bit too loud. Would like to hear your impressions?

Also, wondering if there is an easy way to quieten them down?

Thanks,

Michael

I have heard of, though have not personally tried, stuffing steel wool into the exhaust pipes to deaden the sound?

Just installed the Dynotech Aluminum Driveshaft. The heavy stock 2 piece was 32 lbs, and the Dynotech is only 18 lbs! A weight savings of 14 lbs! I'm very pleased with this mod. Slowly shaving away the lbs here and there to improve performance. Loving my '15 Stang!

That depends on your definition of loud. Axle backs with the stock manifolds and Cats isn't loud enough IMO... I started with Bassani Race axle backs. adding headers and off road H pipe now for more sound and HP

Got the magna flow installed and yes they are loud. But after awhile the hearing lost kicks in and they sound great. I also had some stripes installed that are not loud at all.lol

Took mine to the dealer. There was a hose missing that went from the driver side valve cover to the air inlet. I was told to come in today to have it "looked at" The darn hose is GONE, what do they need to look at

Luckily I found it on day 1 with on 25 miles on the car. I plugged the line bypassing the air filter in the inlet tube and went back today. They told me 7-10 days to get the part. I asked for the service manager and the sales manger. I kindly suggested they take the one off the used 15 they had for sale. They reluctantly agreed.

The dealer where I buy my Fords is not the dealer I use for regular service. The other dealer has great service but won't deal on new cars.
