No Owner's Manual in my New Pony
I drove over 300 miles from Shreveport, LA to Grapevine, TX the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend to pick up my new beautiful pony. To my dismay, when I arrived back home there was no Owner's Manual in the car. I was not happy to say the least. So I contact the Dealer. The salesman tells me he will get one out to me overnight. A couple of days go by and I receive a call from someone at Grapevine Ford about customer satisfaction. I relay the information about the missing Owner's Manual and the person says that it's will have to be ordered and will take up to 6 weeks for me to receive my Owner's manual. Does that seem reasonable? The car was born less than a month ago. It sat on the dealer lot 2 whole days before I picked it up. How can the Owner's Manual jump out of the Glove Box in such a short amount of time and be completely gone??
