Cobra jet mustang

Is it true that when you buy a cobra jet Mustang that it's listed as a part when ordered through a Ford dealership?

Found this on line -- The 2016 Cobra Jet is sold as a performance part without a VIN. Customers can order one by submitting a placeholder order for part number M-FR500-CJ through any North American Ford dealer. MSRP for the base car is $99,990. The popular graphics option costs $1,995 and a wheelie bar costs $1,995.

Yep! and since there is NO VIN#, It cannot be Legally Registered in ANY State in the USA.....In other words, You can only use it on an offroad Racetrack........And it MUST be on a trailer to get it off the Dealers Lot, and on that Trailer to get it to the Racetrack! ......

Oh and there is not ANY Insurance Co. that will even talk to someone about Underwriting A Cobra-Jet.......

Those things are for Millionaires that like exspensive toys, Or a NHRA Team that has Lots of Sponsors!
