Thumbs up Eagle One

I like Eagle One ( I think that's the correct name ) they make several auto cleaning products.
Their tire gel has a curved applicator foam pad and the gel squeezes out thru the pad. Stays on the tire at least 2 weeks, usually. It leaves a glossy finish. **The sling-off appears to me, less than the other spray products.
Give it a try.

ive found this to be the best for tires. i also use it on the interior. when you first wipe it on the tires, its a little shiny( which i hate), it speeds things up to wipe them again with a dry rag. but when it dries, it leaves the tires looking like new, nice and clean and black without the shiny plastic look.

This stuff is awesome this is from their website
Surf City Garage Beyond Black Tire Pro :
Hose down your tires and they look better than ever, blacker than night itself. Unfortunately, that look lasts maybe 20 minutes. At Surf City Garage, we wanted to make it last for weeks. Thats why we created Beyond Black, the ultimate tire dressing. Its never greasy and dirt wont stick, plus it even protects against UV rays. Just spray it on and buff, and your tires will look wetter than wet and blacker than black. So when its time to dress up your car, dont accept a second-rate look for your first-rate tires. Give them the sheen that is Beyond Black.

+1 on the Zaino. Lasts and does not fling off. Been using it for years.

I use Meguiars Gold Class Endurance gel, stays on there for a while and doesnt sling as long as you dry the tire off before puting it on (if wet).

I use the Adams VRT. Does not have that super high shine but it just looks great when applied.
