First bath for the new car and need help with smudges in paint

I just bought a used 11 mustang and am having some problems with the paint and since I'm pretty new to actually caring for my car I'm looking for some help.

There are about 8-10 spots that almost look like fingerprints that won't come out. They are not really visible unless you catch the car in the right light but then they really stand out. Admittedly I only washed it with car soap and haven't really worked on these spots but I wanted to ask here and see if there were some suggestions rather than just blindly throwing things at it.

Here are the best pics I could get of it. Unfortunately only have a cell phone and catching it in the right light was pretty hard.

and just because, a few of the car after the wash

Looks good. For those marks.. have you tried a rubbing compound?
