Preventing Wheel Dirt

Does anyone have a trick or products they use to stop dirt and brake dust from sticking to their wheels?

I have these AMR wheels in Silver and they are a pain to keep clean.

Black wheels are better at hiding the dirt between washes.

You can find specialized wheel coatings, but a coat of wax will help a little and will make brake dust come off easier.

Same wheels and color. I know the pain, but they really look great when they are clean don't they?! I get compliments on them all the time.

My friend uses Meguiars U1422 Dub Wheel Cleaner and it has worked great the few times I have used it.

When I bought this car, the first thing I did was go over the braking system ( car stops running you pull over ) ( car wont stop, disaster ! ).
So I replaced the rotors and pads all the way around and the fluid. With that said here comes the brake dust, now I am cleaning them once a week or they would be black. Come to find out the rotors and the pads were almost equal in hardness so I had a combo of brake dust and rotor dust, so I went with a new set of Brakestop rotors and ceramic pads and problem solved ! I wash my car every other weekend and the only dust on my wheels is the same rain splattered road dust my car has, but as mentioned above a good wax coat is always on there. no this is not an ad for Brakestop, just the brand I chose. lol
