1999 Cobra coolant light on?

Hello all, first time posting so bare with me.

I recently got a 1999 Cobra. Love the car, been wanting one for a long time.

I've had it out for the last few days, and I've noticed the orange low coolant light has come on in the bottom left of the cluster. Coolant is full though, and the temp stays steady after a good amount of driving.
Is there a sensor or somewhere that could have gone bad? Any help us appreciated.

There is a level sensor in the reservoir. Its either unplugged or bad.
