Need help with '02 transmission swap

I've scanned the web looking for information on a manual-to-automatic swap, but the information out there is very limited. I'm starting to have problems with my left knee, which is why I'm considering the swap. I can do the mechanical work with no problem, but my concern is all the little differences between a manual and automatic, for example, needing a jumper wire for the neutral safety switch (and from what I've read, a jumper wire somewhere on the main wiring harness as well). I've also read that I'll need to do something with the Passive Anti-Theft Security module as well. From what I've read, here's what I need:

-4R70W transmission
-Driveshaft from same transmission
-New computer module for same transmission or have dealer flash old computer
-Engine wiring harness for automatic transmission
-Mounting brace for automatic transmission
-Brake lockout switch
-Torque Converter
-Automatic gear lever & cable

I know this isn't a complete list, which is why I need help. What I'd love to see is a basic parts list. I really don't want to get rid of the car (plus no dealership will give me what it's worth anyway), but I need to do something before I really screw my knee up. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

You're the second one in a bout a week to ask this question. Strange, it's usually the other way around.....

FYI. You don't need an engine harness, you need the auto transmission harness. And the only other things are a flexplate and bolts.
