Blower motor doesn't turn on

My 98's blower motor doesn't turn on at all but I know the motor itself works because I hooked it up to the battery and it worked. I checked all the fuses and they're all good. If it's the resistor it should still work on high but it doesn't so it's probably not that. Other than the switch, is there anything else I should check?

Would it work if I just skip all the mustang wiring and hook it up to a house dimmer switch?

+1 power to the switch.....and check the wire from the switch to the blower.
