broken headliner clips

finally got my sunroof sealed completely. now i just need to fix my headliner. the clips are broken and the headliner is completely custom to incorporate the sunroof. nobody makes replacement clips. my idea is to take a strong adhesive and bod the broken clips together and let it cure for 24 hours. u think it'll work?

use a plastic apoxy $5-$6 at your local parts store or just use the spray adhesive on the roof and then apply the headliner....
