going to rebuild engine

at school in a coulpe months in going to start rebuilding a 3.8 from my 99 that blew a headgasket. i want to make it a 4.2 and get i ready for a supercharger (that hopfully i will be able to get in a year or so) with around 6-8psi. so my ? are, can i use the f150 crankshaft with my 99 engine that is externally balanced? and i need to go with forged pistions and rods right? and i thought i read someware on here that i need to change my oil pan if goin 4.2? do i need to change the cam for the supercharger?`and is there anything else that you can think of that i need to do for this rebuild? o and besides super six, where can i get the forged internals and stuff?
thanks alot guys and gals im just trying to make sure im going to have everything i need and get a overall price for everything before i start, and ill try to get pics up when i start with the rebuild
