swapping motors in a 1998 mustang

I have a 1998 mustang 3.8 v6. what would be the possibility of swapping it out with the 4.6 v8. also would it match up with the automatic transmission that,s all ready in the car and also any other changes that would have to be made. Thanks for any comments.

Nothing matches and everything needs to be changed. Better off selling the V6 and buying a GT, cheaper by the time you're done. An yead, there are atleast 5 new threads a day about this all with the same answer.

1988 Mustang LX coupe will miss you greatly
traded for:
2004 Mazda 6s 5 door Sport w/5spd/3.0/RX8wheels/Kon/Eibach/and then some
