1995 Mustang Clunking Noise

Hi, ive been browsing the forums looking for the problem i have and cant find one that matches it directly. So im hoping someone might be able to help me. I am getting a loud clunking noise coming from what sounds like the front end of the vehicle, but it is unclear exactly where from. The noise occurs when i turn, accelerate, decelerate, or hit a bump. So im convinced it is something being thrown or swung around by the force of such actions, such as a loose exhaust or something. Also, when my left foot is placed on the floor of my car on the driver side, i can feel vibration in my foot when the clunking noise happens. However ive looked underneath and cant find anything, took it to suspension mechanics to make sure it wasn't my suspension getting stuck and releasing. But they did not find anything. They also looked everywhere underneath the car and cannot find anyhting loose or moving around. I am wondering if anyone has had this problem, or has in idea what might be the problem, having a specific place to look might help speed up the diagnosis. Any suggestion will help, but i doubt this is common enough for someone to give me a direct answer. Thanks.

Fraser

Guarantee you it's your motor mounts or transmission mount. Motor mounts should be obvious visually. The trans mount is sometimes but not always.

do you happen to have any excessive in the front end when you go over bumps cause you could have weak or blown struts and if they have never been replaced i would start with those
