1996 Mustang Have some questions

I just purchase a 1996 mustang 3.8 with the following problems: odometer don't work ( I put a New Speed sensor), clock, A/C won't engage and it has plenty of freon, radio, fuel gage, side mirrors and passenger window don't work, I tried to scan it with my OBD2 but nothing comes up at all, any siggestions? Also can you tell me where the computer is located?

None of the items above will throw a code. Your computer is located behind the passenger's side kick panel.......

Could be the gears in the transmission that controls the ODO.
