2004 Mustang has Squeaky alternator pulley

I have a 2004 3.8L Mustang. Recently I've been hearing squeaking noise coming from under my hood. It has gradually been getting worse and worse. Today I decided to take off my belt and spin each pulley individually. When i spun my alternator pulley, it made a slight, but audible squeaking noise. Does this mean I need to replace my alternator?
What can I do to reduce the noise in the meantime?

Is the pulley tight to the alternator? Does it wobble? If so, then i would try tightening the nut that holds the pulley on.
If not, then I would really make sure it is coming from the alternator. Other things in that area make noise... If indeed it's the alternator, you could try an alternator rebuild kit (personally, I have not been able to locate one) or replace it.

No, i figured it out.
I didn't press my p/s pump pulley on all the way when i did my water pump, and it was coming off and the belt was slipping.
I pressed the pulley on all the way, and it stopped making the noise.
