2000 mustang clutch problems...please help

i have just completed installing a new clutch on my wifes 00 mustang. I made it from the shop to my house last night before I lost all clutch pedal and now I cant get it to go into gear when it is running. I can only get it in to gear when the car is off and I start it in gear. I have tried adjusting the clutch cable and adjusting the quadrant mechanism but I have had no luck what so ever.

Any advice?
