1998 Mustang Flickering Turn Signal question

Hi, as you can see, i'm new here, so go easy on me.

I have a 1998 v6 mustang coupe, and i have noticed on some of the newer ones, the tail lights flash one at a time when the turn signal is on if you know what i mean, while on mine, they all flash at the same time. is there any way i can modify my lights so they will flash one at a time?

For example, where there's 3 brake lights, the inner most light will flash, followed by the middle one, and then followed by the outer one, about one half second apart.

do you have 3 vertical taillights? if im not mistaken you dont, so i dont think you can without changing taillights
