Can i car run too cold?

1995 3.8l vert

So i had new thermostat installed, new PCV, everything cleaned in the bay, and now my car will barely break the front line for the temperature gauge and occasionally hit the N and just maybe move to about half way if i am putting the foot down. I am worried that the car is now running to cold and i can end up damaging the engine. Anyone have an opinion?

How did you remove the air from the the V6? The V6 and DOHC motor will overheat if the coolant refill procedures are not followed.

What happens is air is trapped in the top of the motor. The air makes the temperature sensor read LOW because it it in contact with air instead of water.

It's easy fixable by opening the port over the thermostat and fill up with coolant there.
