My horn stopped working?

Hey guys, weird issue happened to me not too long ago. My horn began to beep weaker and weaker and eventually, now, it doesn't even work at all. Even when I lock my car with my fob it doesn't make any sound. When I press on it, I don't hear any power going to it..

Is it a fuse? Or is this a problem underneath the steering wheel?

Thanks in advance.

If it slowly got worse, it might be the the horn itself dying/dead.

Though just to double check, using a multimeter, unplug the wiring from the horn and probe the connections while someone else presses the horn on the steering wheel. You should have 12 to 14 volts on the wires. If theres no power, could be the relay, fuse, wiring or ground.
