3.73 gears highway gas mileage loss?

i own a 2003 v6 manual. im thinking of getting a t-lok and 3.73 but would like to know how bad gas is going to be on highway since i heard that rpms increase dramatical at 70 mph from the stock gears

if you keep from going over the 70-75 range you can still get about 28
according to redlyr he gets 28+ all the time for highway mileage and he has the 3.73's and t-lok
if it was an auto it would be a little different story but with a manual go for it

You may see a slight reduction, maybe 1-2 mpg. As long as you take it easy on the highway and don't spend too much time over 75 it won't really be that big of a deal. You will probably lose more doing city driving because you will want to punch it more often

Yo,
i just got 3.73s in my 95 gt, and i actually noticed that my MPG's went up. it was weird. but yeah.. just cruise at 70-75 and youre fine.. wont notice a loss.. its good for a daily driver car. dont worry
