a CAI does mess with sound of exhaust some, just make sure every coupler is air tight and your fine, it cant hurt anything if there is no leaks

I know the one that's connected to the intake is tight but i wasnt able to snug all the way to the raised grooves on MAFS but tightened them down quite a bit, so I do believe I am good, if my MPG starts getting ****** then I know why. Thanks

Most people don't say this but it should help mpg, it did mine, and I came from a clean air filter in the factory airbox to the AM CAI an it went up a decent amount like 1+
If anyone disagrees then oh well, I'm stating what actually happened to me

Yea, I've heard that too. Right now I have just kinda been heavy footed cuz I like hearing the air being taken in and the little boost of power I feel as well.
