1998 Mustang A/C problem

Hi guys. Today I was driving in my car and rememberd the a/c was not cooling. I have had a problem before with the CCRM. I checked to see if I had power to the compressor and I did not. When I had problems with the CCRM I remember that I had a "jumper" wire come in from a blue/lt. green wire. I tried that again and the compressor still didn't come on. I checked the blue/lt green wire and it had no juice. Anyone have an idea what could be wrong? I have a 1998 V6 mustang. I live in west Texas and need an a/c in the summer. Thanks!
