Installing Gt fog lights on a 2003 Mustang V6

Is it possible to cut those little vents out of the bumper where the fog lights are supposed to be on a 2003 V-6 and install some stock gt fog lights? How hard would it be? What will need to be installed along with the lights and bracket? Thanks for future replys!

Those little vents come out very easily. The bumper should have the mounting holes already. I installed a pair on my old '01 V6.
You might have to make your own wiring. Some cars had the harness already, mine did not.
