2001 Mustang Convertible - Help me Decide!

So pretty much here I have a 2001 mustang convertible. Bought it for 10k$ with about 77k kilometers on it, and very good condition! It has brand new tires/rims, even though they arn't that nice.

Heres a pic with the top down:

And with the top on:

I know its a v6, but I thought it would be cool to get a sweet exhaust. I dont know much about cars at all, however I want something LOUD. Any suggestions, as well as the cost for that and installation?

I also am planning on getting new rims and possibly tires. I would rather have a set so its easier installation. I also was planning to get those spacers, so the back tires go out more, rather then looking so inside the body of the car. Were can I find these and what are the cost?

Lastly, I want new lights. I was thinking about getting the black halo lights for the front, and then just a tint for the back lights. If so, would this be a good idea?

Thanks for listening to me ramble on about what I want, but I am here making my first thread to getting your suggestions to make my car look rank. Please tell me what I should do as well as the expected cost for the parts as well as installation. In the end I want my car to look sick!

What I was planning:
black chrome rims
black tint taillights, black headlights
loud dual exhaust

So its like a combination of the green color car, and black everything else, besides the top.

Thanks, please tell me what I should do!
