Superchips tuner

My car is a 2004 mustang v6 3.8L. The superchips tuner on rpmoutlet says it works for the 3.9L, will it work on my car as well? Has anyone here done this?

Thanks

It'll work on pretty much ANY Ford. You just have to download whatever program is available.

Or ask for a new one.

It's pretty trick, but the computer program Ford used for OBD I & II doesn't change, only the data changes, -does that make sense?

They made a 3.9L v6?

2002 Sonic Blue v6 5-speed
Mods: K&N FIPK2 CAI, Motoblue 42% UDP, Steeda Tri-Ax, next up - time for a new clutch I think and a lightweight flywheel if I can find a relatively inexpensive one...

yeah, the plant began making 3.9Ls in 2004. There weren't enough 3.8Ls for the mustang orders, so they put the 3.9L (same basic engine) in Mustangs in the 2nd half of 2004.
