Smoked Or Projectors?

Hey guys

I need new headlights for my car (2000 V6) and I was just wondering what you guys think look better? The projector headlights that are black w/ the blue (since that is the kind of projector I want) or Just the regular headlights that are smoked (or just darker w/e you wanna call them)

Also wondering if there is a huge difference in illumination between the two if you had the brightest bulbs avail in each (can one accept a brighter bulb than the other?)

Thanks Mike
