from france number 2

i saw in the others posts that there is a limiter in the mustang and that we can turn it off with a programmer, is this programmer also in french or just only in english?
and can we change the metric system in this programmer?
excuse me for my not correct english.

you'll have to contact the companies that produce the programmers

ok i saw that on www.mustangsunlimited.com : sct calibrator.
so where is the data port?
and
-for the stiker on the door, i don't have it: where can i have the PCM code?
-size injector? is it the same on all the 99' v6 mustang?
-rear axle ratio?
- MAF sensor?

The data port is on the inside of the footwell on the passenger's side. The MAF sensor is located just behind the air filter.

It's the same on all 99 v6 mustangs, to my knowledge.

wait! What year do you have?

also, to determine the axle ratio, put the car on a set of jackstands, in neutral, turned off, and turn the wheels until the driveshaft makes 1 complete turn. if the wheels turn 3 1/4 times to 1 turn of the driveshaft, you have a 3.27 ratio. If it turns 2 3/4 times, it's 2.73, etc.

I forget where to find the PCM code. It should be in the users manual of the programmer.
