Problems

I have a 97 stang. The problem is that I dropped some loose change into the cigarette lighter and now it does not work and also the power outlet does not work either. Any suggestions as to fixes would be greatly appreciated. Also, if I need to how would I change the cigarette lighter? Thanks

you'll have to take apart the bezel, loosen the lighter housing and shake out the coin -not as tough as it sounds -pull the shifter bezel out 1st, then the main bezel.

the coin probably burned the fuse . ...

Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness, his upper rooms by injustice, making his countrymen work for nothing...Does it make you a king to have more and more cedar?Did not your father have food and drink? He did what was right and just,so all went well with him. He defended the cause of the poor and needy, and so all went well...But your eyes and your heart are set only on dishonest gain,on shedding innocent blood and on oppression and extortion.
