type of belt

My belt is starting to squeek so am planning on replacing it but dont know what type and where to buy it from. I called the ford dealership and they can't get any of the motorcrafts in, and autozone has duralast, and o'reilly has gates. Was wondering if the duralast or gates would be ok or where i could get a motorcraft one.

They're all fine.

If you want the best go with Goodyears . ..

98.75" is the correct stock length for a 98v6.

2002 Sonic Blue v6 5-speed
Mods: K&N FIPK2 CAI, Motoblue 42% UDP, Steeda Tri-Ax, next up - time for a new clutch I think and a lightweight flywheel if I can find a relatively inexpensive one...
