V6 to 351W engine swap

Hi, my name is Hector and I am a Mustang enthusiast.
I want to swap a powerful 351W engine into a 1996 V6 model, does anybody know if the transmission will match or any other good or bad experience that somebody had doing this?
Thanks

Swapping the 351 isn't any more difficult than the 302. If it's a fuelie, you're going to have electronic problems, and regardless the PATS system is going to mean a trip to the dealer.

There are a couple of threads in the archives. You can also go to www.v6power.net for a step by step process.

Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness, his upper rooms by injustice, making his countrymen work for nothing...Does it make you a king to have more and more cedar?Did not your father have food and drink? He did what was right and just,so all went well with him. He defended the cause of the poor and needy, and so all went well...But your eyes and your heart are set only on dishonest gain,on shedding innocent blood and on oppression and extortion.
