another dual exhaust question

Hey im, a bit new here so bare with me.

im headed to a junk yard to take off a GT's exhaust but im not sure what all ill need to remove. also dose the GT need to be the same year as my 1996 V6 auto? so if anyone can give me a rundown on exactly what to take id be more than thrilled. thanx

It definitely helps to have a 1994-1997/8 GT exhaust, because the hangars are the same.

You need everything from the cat back -hangars, pipes and mufflers, and you'll need an adapter from Pacesetter.

yeah, you can do that -sometimes it's cheaper, sometimes it's more expensive to do it that way . ..
