intake and heads swap

My 94 V6 i know has issues with intake and heads. can i simply go to a junkyard and find a wrecked 99-04 mustang, take the whole intake and the heads, throw them on my 94 3.8 and have a nice horsepower upgrade? Or is there a bunch of complicated computer work?

how much should all this run?

There's not a lot of complicated computer work, go to RPM-Mustangs.com, SuperSixmotorsports.com, or check out the archives here . . .

Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness, his upper rooms by injustice, making his countrymen work for nothing...Does it make you a king to have more and more cedar?Did not your father have food and drink? He did what was right and just,so all went well with him. He defended the cause of the poor and needy, and so all went well...But your eyes and your heart are set only on dishonest gain,on shedding innocent blood and on oppression and extortion. contact Justin at VMP, he is the best there is when it comes to tuning 6ers hands down. The tune you need isn't very complicated and he can send you a chip with the tune on it.
