Exclamation Engine Swap Help: 98 3.8 to a 2000 3.8

Im swapping out my old 1998 3.8L v6 for a newer 2000 3.8L v6 mainly cuz my engine now has almost 200,000 miles on it and we can get a newer engine pretty easily. I know that this swap is possible but is the wiring for the new engine different? and i heard somthing about needing a modified fuel rail... if anybody has a guide to this please link it or if anybody knows where to get one of the modified fuel rails please link that too.. thanks for the help everybody
