Car problems please help.

My '95 mustang has a jerky acceleration when it warms up and car shakes when I'm sitting at red light. When I start the car it runs ok but it gets worse when the car warms up. I replaced spark plugs, put in injector cleaner into gas but that didn't help. Does anybody have any ideas?

Thanks

Re: Car problems please help.

check your spark plug wires as well. A tiny crack in the boot could be the problem.

WHat kind of rebuild? Factory or aftermarket, or shadetree?

What I'm getting at is were the original sensors (MAF, TPS, IAT, IAC, etc) reused?

it was aftermarket rebilt and some sensors were replaced. But wouldn't I get check engine light if one of the sensors go bad?

not necessarily . . . but that's the 1st place I'd look.

Also you might check ou tthe throttle body -someone could have sprayed it with carb cleaner, and lost the teflon coating (I did this), causing it to coke up with carbon . . .
