Exhaust manifold replacement

Anyone replace an exhaust manifold on their V6? I have a 2001 and have to do this. Any tricks or anything to watch for? Thanks in advance.

What am I replacing it with? One that hasnt broke loose at the exhaust flange. Just a standard stock replacement manifold. For a little deeper explanation, I am actually about 90% deaf. I was driving in to work yesterday and when I pulled in to the parking garage I thought I could slightly hear a noise and definitely felt a rumbling. I had a buddy walk out and he confirmed it was making a loud exhaust noise. I grabbed a flashlight and noticed that where the exhaust manifold connects to the exhaust pipe at the flange, it had sheared off completely. It looks pretty straight forward to replace, but I wanted to make sure there were no tricky things waiting for me.

Ok, if you were replacing it with long tube headers, or something, you'd have to deal with the exhaust sensors -but yeah, OHV engines are pretty easy to work on, especially with the exhaust.
