Supercharger questions

I have a 1996 stang (3.8 V6) and am looking for a supercharger. I was looking at a couple of kits and was wondering if anyone had feedback good or bad...
Here are the links to both of the chargers:
1.)http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Electric-Supercharger-TURBO-FORD-Focus-Mustang-ZX2_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33742QQitemZ8076658 316QQrdZ1
2.)http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-...75968749QQrdZ1

Also...
1.) if I have CAI, underdrive pulleys, and dual exhaust (40 series flows) what kind of horsepower gains would I be looking at?
2.) Will I run into any damage problems with the engine?
3.) Will I need an intercooler?
4.) What kind of other accessories will I need to buy?

Thanks for the help!

Both look like a way of separating you from your money. I don't see a pulley, the mounting's wrong, and on a FWD vehicle, doing a burnout is so easy (hint, set parking brake) that it looks like fraud.

The second uses silicone hoses (Do you REALLY think a silicone hose can contain sustained boost?)

No, those kits are for suckers.

If your going to buy a supercharger, go with a Procharger. They are kind of expensive, but they're well worth the money, and have great hp gains.
