Ticking Valves? Have a question.

Are these cars prone to ticking valves? I have a 00 V6 auto. When we first got the car in 03 it would tick on and off. We werent sure if it were the valves or not and would try to find out but had no luck. Now it does it all the time and it has worsened. Now Im pretty sure its the valves. I have seen older 94-98 V6s that had faint valve ticking, a few that didnt and some with valves that ticked badly. Is this common for these cars? Is it something I shold worry about then?

It's probably an exhaust leak, there's a voluntary recall on the drivers side exhaust manifold.

Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness, his upper rooms by injustice, making his countrymen work for nothing...Does it make you a king to have more and more cedar?Did not your father have food and drink? He did what was right and just,so all went well with him. He defended the cause of the poor and needy, and so all went well...But your eyes and your heart are set only on dishonest gain,on shedding innocent blood and on oppression and extortion.
