I found this car on the internet after searching for about a month or so. I ended up driving about 2 hours away to look at a "stock" '04 GT sitting at one of those buy here pay here type dealers. The car ended up being almost as good as I had hoped. There is a set of flowmasters that have been welded in and there might be a gear in it (the speedo is off at highway speeds). Other than that its stock, right down to the factory air box. The added bonus is that its a three owner car (the last owner buying it in 07) that has only 72k miles on it.
