History
I bought my Mustang in 1979 while a junior in high school. I fell in love with the shape of the my Fastback. There were no wheels on the car, bumpers were in the car, battery was missing and there was trees growing through the floors. The car had a bad piston and it didn’t run. I bought the car for $500 and restored with my grandfather - Frank Bash out of Chalfont PA. I’ve kept the car for all these years because in the summer I restored this car with my grandfather, I not only learned everything about restoration work, but decided with my grandfathers help to be more then a mechanic as he and his son became and decided to attend Syracuse University. I have owned over 55 vehicles, but always kept this vehicle in homage of my grandfather that helped me understand who I was in the summer of 1979. I drove this car through my senior year in high school in Bridgewater NJ and very proud to still have it today...
