I have a 1988 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 and I'm trying to figure out the wiring for my alternator pig tails there are two of them and I am missing the smaller one with three pins. How can I wire a stock alternator back up to the pigtails? Any suggestions would greatly be appricated

Well I had a loud noise coming from the passenger side of my engine and I took off my intake plenum to find this. Water started coming out as I took off my throttle body. Here is a few pictures, how does this happen usually. I dont think i should have water in my intake right?
