I just bought a 95 and the only problem im having on it is the heater. Whenever I'm at idle, the heater will only blow out cold air. When I get to a stop sign or slow down again, it blows out cold air. However, at higher rpms it blows out hot air. Can anyone help me with this issue?

So I switched out the throttle body on my 1995 mustang gt to a 75 mil throttle body. Now when I drive at higher rpms it tends to back fire. Also is the 75 mil throttle body worth it or should I jut go back to stock ? All input appreciated. Thanks
