convert

I found this on craigslist and wanted to know if it would work in my mustang with no mods except for welding on spring perches. Any input is greatly appreicated. The text below is from the ad. 3.27 gears, good limited slip unit, out of an 88 Lincoln LSC

Its three speed and convertible(if that makes any difference). I know how to drive stick but it would be easier to just make it automatic. How much would it cost to do this?

Hey guys, I've got the base mustang, 3.8 V6, Not a lot of power especially with an automatic, I want to convert it to a manual, but I need a parts list, rough guess of a price, and would it be able to go through safety and emitions test? Please help!
