I have pulled the motor out of my fox. I was in the process of rebuilding the motor and just freshen it up. my question is whats the difference between stander moly and chrome moly and all the other types,and any suggestion on what type to go with i want to keep it close to stock im working on...

I just recently was given a 1972 mustang for a project car for when i go to tech school in Feb. ( i think its the sprint...not sure though) i just got it not too long ago, haven't had much time to actually look into wether or not its the sprint, i do know its not the fastback though. But anyway...

My friend has a 65 Mustang Fastback and he cant seem to decide what engine he wants to drop in. Originally it came with a 289 but he does not know if he wants to drop a 289 back in it. He is looking for something reliable. If you guys could help him decide, that would be great! Thanks.
