I just bought a 95 and the only problem im having on it is the heater. Whenever I'm at idle, the heater will only blow out cold air. When I get to a stop sign or slow down again, it blows out cold air. However, at higher rpms it blows out hot air. Can anyone help me with this issue?

My heater will come on and work fine for awhile and then shut down and blow cold (outside air) without touching the heater controls. Other times it will not come on at all.
